Photography by Robert C. Lautman. Designed for a prominent laser surgeon and a retired diplomat, the project consisted of the complete renovation of a Georgetown landmark on Smith Row. The project features custom designed Jacobsen furniture, light fixtures and millwork that integrates with the owner's collection of Deco and other period art and objects. The circa 1810 house also features a pool, garage, ultra-high efficiency mechanics with geothermal heating and cooling in the 10,000 s.f., five story historic structure. |
